The venue was clean and the staff were wonderful and amazing. Great and particularly good location near to the markets and the main plaza, I felt safe. Café Lukma located 2 km away was a nice surprise.

It had perfect location with access to Santiago Plaza nearby. The area was very local just off the main square, a tourist area and local attractions and restaurants. Stayed in single room which was perfect for me.

Great amenities provided, including daily room cleaning, shampoo, soap, and even boxed breakfast for early excursions. Friendly and accommodating staff who responded promptly and spoke English.- Thoughtful gestures like providing warm heating bottles on cold nights and setting up coffee for early departures.

Location is a bit far from the main square, requiring a 15-minute walk through a crowded market. Some noise disturbances from thin walls and music played by cleaning staff in communal areas.

Booked a single room with a work desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a dining area. The bed was very clean; and there was a bath. The location was ideal and peaceful, just next door to the airport, the center and Machu Picchu hike.

Greatly enjoyed Cuzco, the hotel was nice and excellent to the sacred valley. The room I booked was reasonably spacious and impressive with a great view as well as a balcony. As for me, the location was excellent and good, right by the mountains and the market and the airport and the main square. All the dishes were good, nevertheless you can visit nearby Olas Bravas. Everything was simply perfect.

Overall it was big and brand-new with a view. The location was excellent and unbeatable, not too far from Convent of Santo Domingo.
